HACCP, ISO 9000和Halal認(rèn)證 / HACCP, ISO 9000 and Halal certification

       

      對(duì)于食品行業(yè)，HACCP是一個(gè)重要的質(zhì)量管理體系，并且與Halal認(rèn)證有較好的契合點(diǎn)。實(shí)施HACCP表明生產(chǎn)者期望生產(chǎn)安全的產(chǎn)品。當(dāng)實(shí)施Halal認(rèn)證的程序時(shí)，認(rèn)證者將會(huì)把明確的Halal程序合并到復(fù)雜的HACCP程序中。HACCP不能單獨(dú)生產(chǎn)符合Halal要求的產(chǎn)品，而一個(gè)符合Halal要求的產(chǎn)品是能夠在非HACCP的要求下生產(chǎn)出的。

 

HACCP is an important quality management system for the food industry and fit in well with the concept of halal. Implementing HACCP demonstrates the producer’s desire to produce safe products. When implementing a Halal Certification program, the certifying agency will incorporate specific halal procedures with the greater HACCP procedures. HACCP alone does not make a product halal, and a halal product can be made without HACCP.

 
      ISO 9000 是另一個(gè)與Halal認(rèn)證有較好契合點(diǎn)的質(zhì)量管理體系。實(shí)施ISO 9000表明生產(chǎn)
者期望生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定的產(chǎn)品。當(dāng)實(shí)施Halal認(rèn)證程序時(shí)，認(rèn)證者將會(huì)把明確的Halal程序
并到ISO9000程序中。ISO不能單獨(dú)生產(chǎn)出符合Halal要求的產(chǎn)品，而一個(gè)符合Halal要求
的產(chǎn)品是能夠在非ISO的要求下生產(chǎn)出來(lái)的。

 

ISO 9000 is another quality management system that fit in well the concept of halal. Implementing ISO 9000 demonstrates the producer’s desire to produce consistent quality products. When implementing a Halal Certification program, the certifying agency will in corporate specific halal procedures within the ISO procedures. ISO alone does not makea product halal, and a halal product can be made without ISO.
